Q: How soon will I receive my order?
A. Products normally ship within 1 week from the time they are ordered. There are a few exceptions on items that are custom made and/or personalized, and those products are noted directly on the web page.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A. We charge only a "flat rate" fee of $5.95 (except for Rush orders which may require additional fees). Even it if takes more than 1 package to accomodate your order, you're only charged 1 fee.

.Q: How long does shipping take?
A. Most products are shipped via UPS Ground from Indiana and can take 1-5 days to arrive. Keep in mind, this is "after" the *processing time* noted in "How soon will I receive my order?"

Weekends are not counted by UPS as a travel/shipping day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from UPS giving you the tracking number and expected date of delivery. For items that are shipped from separate suppliers, JustBabyShowers will email you the tracking information from the coordinating shipper.

Q: Can I get my order Rushed?
A. Possibly ~ it greatly depends on the item(s) you're looking at, the quantity, and the area it's being delivered to. We highly suggest that you email PRIOR to placing your order to see if a RUSH delivery is possible. Emails are frequently monitored for such requests. If rush shipping is agreed upon, you will be given a "shipping quote" that will need to be approved before your order can be processed, so please be sure to give us an email and/or phone number that you can reached at.

Q: What if something is lost or damaged?
A. All orders are shipped with "Insured" ~ so both parties are protected. Should damage occur, the recepient must notify the shipper (UPS, FedEx, etc.) and/or JustBabyShowers within 24 hours of receipt of the package. Product refunds and/or replacement will be determined on a case by case basis.

Q: If I'm not happy with my order, can I return it?
A. While we strive very hard to provide superior products, we do understand that sometimes circumstances arise where a customer desires to return an order. Return requests must be made within 10 days of the date the order is received (as confirmed by tracking information). If a return is requested, it will be reviewed by JustBabyShowers, and approval granted on a case by case basis. Special order items (including personalized products, and items altered from how they appear in the standard shopping cart) cannot be returned. In the event a return is granted, shipping charges will not be refunded in part or in whole. It is then the responsibility of the customer to return said products to JustBabyShowers in "like new" condition. Opened, damaged or used products will not be refunded. It is also the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping costs for items being returned. Packages must be shipped via UPS. All returned items will be subject to a restocking fee of no less than 25% of the purchase price. No return will be granted after 30 days from the date the order was shipped.
